Punch Your Way to Biceps from the upcoming eBook & course "Your Body IS a GYM"





1. Start in a boxer's stance (Right hand pose)
2. Throw sets of 5 left hooks.
3. Switch to southpaw stance.
4. Throw sets of 5 right hooks.
5. Repeat.






Don't forget to exhale sharply while throwing your punches. Tighten your stomach while you're throwing your punches as well. Flex your muscles as you throw your punches.
